Initiatives toward Recycling Agriculture
Tamago & Company group (T&C group) aims to make effective use of the various by-products generated during the egg production.
One of these is that the production of fertilizer from chicken droppings.
Chicken droppings recovered from poultry houses are processed at compost plants. They are reborn as “Fermented chicken manure,” a high-quality organic fertilizer.
Hens raised in a healthy manner produce delicious and safe eggs, is another reason for their droppings to turn into a high-quality fertilizer.
This fertilizer improves soil quality so that crop plants can firmly take root, and it helps to grow delicious rice and vegetables.
Circular agriculture involves not only environment considerations, but also deliciousness of agricultural products and safety considerations.
T&C group is committed to various activities to promote better environmental recycling, with “ harmonious coexistence with the communities and environment” as its priority.
Step.1Collecting chicken droppings – Good quality poultry manure-
We raise healthy chickens to lay high quality eggs.
We collect droppings from the chickens grown up with nutrient-rich feeds with good sanitation management and in the clean, windowless poultry houses that prevent the invasion of noxious organisms and contaminants such as bacteria.
The chicken droppings are automatically collected, when they fall on the belt conveyors running under the chicken cages, keeping them away from the eggs and the hens.
Step.2Processing at compost plants
—Composting flow—
A composted product, obtained through a process of fermentation is called “compost.”
The collected droppings are fermented for about 80 days in the plant, reducing their water content to 20% to make them a stable fertilizer.
During fermentation, the droppings are periodically aerated to increase aerobic bacteria (bacteria that grow in the presence of oxygen).
As aerobic bacteria increase, unpleasant odors are suppressed, and quality improves.
Further, fertilizer made from chicken manure is rich in phosphorus, which is said to promote healthy crop roots and increases favor fruit production with higher sugar content.
Step.3High quality organic fertilizer " Fermented chicken manure”

Our fermented fertilizer is marketed as “Fermented chicken manure.” It achieves ”5 FREE.”

Step.4Soil regeneration
—The power of microorganisms—
Supplementation of soil with our highly nutritious "Fermented chicken manure" makes the soil richer with microorganisms that contribute to the decomposition of organic matter.
Through the influence of microorganisms, the roots of crop plants become strong, and restore depleted populations of organisms such as pond snails, frogs, spiders, crayfish and others.
Soil, where living things can flourish in turn, produce vigorous crops.
Step.5Low-pesticide cultivation of rice and vegetables
—Fertilizer recognized by farmers—
“Fermented chicken manure,” which contributes to the regeneration of soil, is recognized and used by many farmers. Vegetables, rice, and fruits produced with “Fermented chicken manure” are juicy and sweet.
“Fermented chicken manure” is a product endorsed by many organic farmers.

pellet type - Chicken manure processed at high temperatures (fermented) is made into pellets.
It is a high-quality organic fertilizer with little odor, it can be used safely and securely.
- Dried chicken manure
pellet type - Dried chicken manure is granulated into pellets.
Since it is in pellet form, it can be spread evenly, and it is a high-quality organic fertilizer that can be used safely and securely.
- Calcined chicken
manure - Chicken manure is burned at high temperatures and turned into ash.
It is mainly used as a fertilizer raw material.
