- Constructed and began operations at frozen food plant in Furudono, Fukushima Prefecture.
Established ISE America, Inc. in New Jersey, USA. When on to become No. 2 in sales volume.

- Opened Tokyo office in Kanda Nishiki-cho, Tokyo. Started hog operations with 1,000 sows in Tokuda, Iwate Prefecture.
Established our hog shipping system with annual capacity of 30,000 hogs, including another hog raising farm in Ibaraki Prefecture.

1983 |
- Established Ise America Seaboard Foods in eight U.S. states. Established the Croton Farm.

1984 |
- ISE America and Ise America Seaboard Foods become No. 1 in the U.S. in terms of total production and sales volume.
Doubled production capacity at the Fukushima Plant by expanding and renovating facilities.

1985 |
- Moved the Tokyo office to the ISE Foods headquarters building in Negishi, Taito-ku, Tokyo.
Completed and began operations at the Ogawa GP Center Plant. Completed ISE America’s New Jersey farm. Doubled production volume at the Konosu GP Center Plant through renovations. Set a new company record in packaged egg sales volume.

- Completed construction and began operations at the Niigata GP Center Plant.

- Completed environmentally controlled windowless and raised-floor poultry houses at the Ogawa, Hanna and Yachio farms.

- Developed the “Ise Egg,” which is rich in DHA. Successfully completed clinical testing of this egg at Kanagawa University. Began sales at major department stores.
